Why is Motorola Splitting Up? IT'S THE PHONES.

This is the dumb, motorola. I know your MOTO-RAZR was hot stuff back in 2006, but welcome to 2008. Nobody wants a carphone. When I hear 'carphone' I expect it to be a phone with a car attatched to it. I don't buy a phone to stick in my camera and call it a camera phone. Also, you might want to email your CEO and tell him to read his email.
